My horse has to wear a headcollar 24 hrs a day. This is starting to mark her face no matter how I fit it. Can any one advise a make or type of headcollar that is kind and padded and ideal for 24hrs wear?

Try Beta Biothane, it is soft with rounded edges and normally does not rub, it is also very easy to keep clean, just a quick wipe over, no soap or oil.
