headset, microphone, walkie talkie??

I really struggle to hear my instructor especially when it is windy and raining, i know that there are things on the market where i would have a ear piece and instructor would have a headset or similar with microphone that would transmit to my ear piece,

I have no idea what they are called and i have tried searching on ebay but as you can imagine hundreds of mobile phone headset and ear pieces come up.

Does anyone have one or know what they are called?

However.....I would not use it with children due to possible CP repercussions.
