i used them a couple of xmas' ago , i bought a sheepskin numnah it was a present for my daughter we found it had a small bit of stitching loose so after xmas i rang them and sent it back , they exchanged no problem , so on that experience i highly rate them

I posted about this company recently too and got pretty positive feedback. I didn't buy the item I wanted in the end as I managed to borrow it for the comp. But based on info I've received, I wouldn't hesitate in using them
