Evening all.
My mother wants the very exciting birthday present of a new headtorch as her current one isn't bright enough and can't be adjusted for where the light is being shone.
Can anyone recommend a bright and tilt-able/adjustable headtorch please?
Thanks :)

I got a rechargeable Decathlon one and am really pleased with it (have had Petzl in the past). Lightweight, comfortable, tilts, two brightnesses and a flashing setting. Its not the biggest/brightest but great for what I need (use it for running too).

Look for one with high lumens. amazon do lots and I got mine from there. Can't remember how many lumens it is but is brighter than the sun and rechargeable. It was about £14 and is on its 3rd winter.

I have an energiser one. Not sure how much it cost as it was a gift. Really bright white light and a red one (if you're interested in saving your night vision). It's not rechargeable but is pretty energy efficient. Lasted me 6 weeks worth of being on Exercise working mainly in the dark.

We have two Boruit RJ3000... they are like having a floodlight strapped to your head! In fact, I have been known to put them round the arena gateposts and have a lit school! Charge lasts quite a long time, and plenty of adjustment. Also have a red light on the back of the headband, good as a bit of extra visibility for others to see you when walking or cycling on roads.

I think they were somewhere around £20-30, so not the cheapest, but they are well worth it. I've probably wasted that much on multiple cheaper naff ones.

I have a petzl. It's a myo Xp I believe had it more than a few years it is excellent.
Have just bought b/f a rechargeable petzl and that is also good plus no need to buy batteries.
