Talis, the Section B I sold in May, is a poorly boy.

It's suspected that he has strangles. Please, if you can spare them, could you send some healing vibes down South to Talis and his new owners. He's not at all well.

lots of vibes going down south [[[[[[[[[[[[vibes]]]]]]]]]]]

Poor old Tallis, feel so sorry for him, he'll feel terrible.

And don't go blaming yourself Clare, it wasn't your fault at all; I know what you're like!

How did you guess that the first thing I thought when I heard the news was....

"If I hadn't sold him, he wouldn't be ill now"

He's had a temperature of over 40 for a couple of days but is on antibiotics and bute now and the vet has taken swabs.

Thanks everyone for your well wishes. His new owner is bound to be devastated, she was smitten with him as soon as she clapped eyes on him I think.

Thinking of you Patches and mega vibes on their way xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Me thinks I almost know you too well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't worry, the drugs they use now are so much better and quicker than they were. I remember using just mustard and lard as a poultice and fomenting all the lumps (is that the right word?!) it took ages to get them to burst and it seemed to go on forever with the cleaning up; much easier nowadays although the ponies still feel like s***te for a while. At least you handled him so much that he'll be an angel for his new owner to handle.

I gathered that's what you were getting at. Nope, as far as I'm aware it didn't come from my stables/horses.
