heart rate monitor with GPS

Hi,

I'm looking to get heart rate monitor with GPS for my running training. But I have seen that some of them you can also use with horses? Has anyone got one? Any recommendations? It would be great to be able to track our hacks, monitor he's heart rate, monitor our speed etc...

Any advice, recommendations or comments would be great!

I have a garmin 301 and have a girth which they paired up with the garmin www.equinefitness.co.uk/

I found this a cheaper option.

I also have a polar heart rate monitor for training

I'm looking at the moment possibly just getting polar equine heart rate monitor and using my mobile to track the distance and speed... Or to go for garmin 310xt and find a way to get my horses heart rate on that...

There isn't that many straight forward options...
