Heated Insoles

Hi all

was just wondering if anyone got the X5 heated insoles for xmas?

my feet freeze when riding and despite trying sock/layers etc I'm still cold.


anyone any experiences?

Before you buy the heated ones, why don't you just try a pair of ordinary cork insoles. You can buy them from Timpsons or supermarkets. If you ride in rubber soled boots you will find that this will make a big difference as it provides an insulating layer which socks just won't do (that's why in the "old days" people used to put cardboard or newspaper in their boots). It also works for wellies.

Thanks Herts, tried all the tricks and still have cold feet.

I currently use inserts into my mountain horse boots and while they keep my feet a bit warmer, my feet still freeze when I'm riding.
