heated rug rails

I have a little electric towel rail that works wonders and is only 2p per hour to run.

Might struggle with a heavy turnout, but is fab on under rugs.

Our central heating boiler is in a reasonablly sized outhouse, so hung a three arm ordinary rug rack beside it, and works very well for a fraction of the cost. May not be practical for everyone though.
