Heavy cobs doing dressage!

I just wondered if any of you guys had videos of you doing dressage on your heavy horses?

I have a 16hh heavy cob who at the moment is quite lazy at the moment but my friends think that dressage is possible! I'm thinking that it wouldn't hurt either of our fitness levels any harm to practice but would love some videos of encouragement!
