Heavy stable with with....

Hi

Anyone have any recomandations for a heavy stable rug 300g+ with neck. Prefer velcro fastening on neck, and under £50?? I keep looking on ebay but not seen anything yet. Mare is a pretty standard 6'6", needs to be a rug that stays still as it will undoubtably have an underrug underneath in the deepest winter.

The best option I can find is a Weatherbeeta Belmont Combo at Robinsons £55.00, its not a detachable neck though, but its a really nice rug
You're right, its really difficult to find a detachable neck one at a reasonable price, with a recognisable brand.

Have a look on www.equestrianclearance.co.uk It's where I get all my rugs from and as long as you're not fussed about the colour, you can often get bargains.

Oh not fussed about a detachable neck sorry - I just want one that fastens round the neck with velcro rather than buckles or clips. The weatherbeta looks good thanks

i have one of these for Chico. I like it alot. Feels like a big quilt and the neck comes off easily.
