I don't want to sound odd but it's like seeing your child off at the school gate the way he's so grown up in the last set of pics

Golly!! Thank you everyone!! Thank you all!!! So very, very much for all your support and for putting up with me!!! I rang my Mum and actually burst into tears - she was all concerned as she thought something terrible had happened and I could hardly get a word out - what a ninny!! I know it's only bassed on 3 peoples (albeit industry pro's) opinions, but OMG - I NEVER thought I would achieve something like this!!

Thankies hun!!! THAT stallion is my horse horse of a lifetime (I didn't own him, but I adored him) - he's Sportsnight (by Olympic Ahorn, (Nimmerdor), ex Utilla, by Erdball)

Well done lovey, you deserve that! Just what is the Gringo baby going to achieve eh?!

Bet you were too excited to notice Embla Phoenix Piper was second top dressage 4 year old either! Big thumbs up for Embla too.

[/ QUOTE ]

This baby she's carrying has some shoes to fill eh! Thank you, for EVERYTHING Pat!!!

No I didn't notice - that's fantastic news for Y!!

[ QUOTE ]
Huge congrats!

Real shame you're not coming to Pavo, would have loved to have met him in the flesh!

Just out of interest how are they scored through BEF? And what does it break down as?

[/ QUOTE ]

Thanks mate!

He's done enough travelling for one year - esp. in a trailer!!

It's broken down into the following - Vet score, Type for Discipline intended, Conformation, correctness of movement and freedom of movement and paces - I think I've got it all! Just think if I'd known about him jumping out and having a rotational fall, the day before I came back from holiday (6 days before the BEF at Arena UK) and been able to do something about it, he might have scored more than a 7 for his freedom of movement and might have won the whole darn thing! At Royal Norfolk the Judge was raving about his movement!! He scored 9.25 from the vet, 9.5 for type, 9 for conformation and 7.8 for correctness of movement - he flicks one fore slightly, therefore not allowed to score more than 8 - quite right too!!

WOW, WOW, WOW, WOW, WOW, WOW *Bonza jumps up and down in excitement* That is just the best news I have heard today.

You must be soooooo sooooooo proud.

It's the closest I'll get to having kids!! I totally agree though, Mum thought I was crazy snapping away as he was growing up as a foal - have SOOOOOO many pics, but I didn't want to miss anything!

That brought a lump to my throat. I just love it when I hear someone else get that amazing feeling from their horse that I get from mine. Be smug, very smug, and look after your very special pony.

In all honesty I am not surprised - he is a seriously smart, gorgeous and well put together little chap and definately has the "Wow" factor!!

I am truely over the moon for you though, what a fantastic achievement and a credit to you!! Well done, you really deserve it!!

He really is stunning. Well done you and no wonder you are so chuffed. I would be too. Been reading his reports from when B was due to give birth and it's fab.

It's lovely hun, to have all those pics, to be able to see his progress.......see what a handsome chap he's going to be, especially given that he's pretty darn gawguss already!

Huge congrats to both of you, and big smooches to B for producing such a lovely baby!
