I had no idea about this! Was lookin ghim up on ABP and looking at the photos of his ancestors and there they are!!! Anyone recognise the names? For those of you that don't know how to view photos, if you hover the mouse above 'reports' it brings up a drop down menu - select the last on the list - photos

Sorry I must be being thick - can't find the Arabs in this pedigree! Can someone tell me which names to look at?

Pleased to hear that the gorgeous Hector has some Arab ancestry, though!

lol - you can't see them in his 5 generation pedigree that this link takes you to, but if you hover your mouse above 'reports' (on the left hand side of the screen) it brings up a drop down menu - select photos, it's the last on the list. This then shows all the photos that the website has of the horses in H's direct pedigree.

Aha! Not just Arab, but Russian Arab - like Tobago, and with many of the same illustrious lines!

(Not often a pedigree comes up on here where I know all the names LOL!)

All of my registered horses go back to Darley, Godolphin and Byerley Turk. As you know all TBs go back to at least one Arab.....Hector goes back to many....sweet

Farn was famous for injecting the arab blood into the Holstein studbook. My horse also has Erdball and Ladykiller in him (dam is by Ladykiller), but no Farn.

Farn bloodline is a very nice one (even though some people say he causes his progeny to be extremely spooky).
