Height of stable doors???

Hi can anyone tell me what the height of your stable doors are please? I am just having some internal stabling installed and the doors are 4' 9" so that they are level with the front panels of the stables which are the 'wavy' style. This seems very high to me and the guy said he can change them for standard 4' ones but that means the doors will be lower than the side panels as the doors are central. Hope that makes sense! Really don't know what to do now! Bit of a ridiculous dilemma I know! Sorry

That does sound high, I'm 5ft 10 and my door comes up to just below my boobs so I'd say about 4ft as well.
