hi there, just wondering if anyone has expereinces of this ladys horses...om if you prefer...have asked before and got a few positive experiences..but just thought i might geta few more !!
 
I bought one from her 3 years ago. She was very good, let me come and try him twice over all her XC fences etc. After I got him home I had a couple of problems with him (he reared a couple of times and wasn't too keen going in my trailer) so she took him back for a week, schooled and hacked him every day and loaded him in the trailer, fed him in there etc to put my mind at rest that it was just silly baby stuff and nothing worse. I even went down and hacked him out at her yard.
After that initial hitch the horse was fine and I used to see her at events quite regularly and she'd always ask after him and how we were getting on.
She's not cheap and I think tends to specialise in ponies mostly these days but she was good with me.
 
yeah... read it back and realised it probably sounded like the horse was a bit of a nightmare!!

He was tricky no doubt but just a baby and she hadn't had him long so I certainly don't think she misrepresented him at all. She is a very nice lady, worth ringing certainly.
 
i teach a girl who bought one from her about a year ago. it beautifully schooled, done a bit of everything and the girl has come on loads this year. the pony has given her loads of confidence to get out there and enjoying competing.

and helen bell, from my experience of her, is lovely too.
 
thankyou...i spoke to her about a month ago and she was then going to ireland and was going to look out for a few bigger horses for me..and she has a lovely one im going to see

I'm not sure about the horses as no experience but I have had lessons with her on her XC course and found her brilliant and very good at assessing ability of both horse and rider.

Trial facilities are excellent.
 
I had a positive experience, she was pleasant, organised, understood when the horse was not right for me and although I didn't buy anything and only tried one horse, nothing bad to say really.
