Helite and Point2 - What is going to happen?

I have just read that Helite will no longer be partnering with Point2. This means that Helite will not be supplying Point2 with their airbag technology. So what does this mean for Point2? Will they still be able to trade?
I've been on the Point2 website and there's no mention of their partnership with Helite being dissolved.

Could it be as simple as instead of two companies offering air jackets (point2 and HitAir) there will be three (+ Helite).

If anyone knows anything about this I'd be interested to hear about it.
 
I'm getting my services done with helite. I questionned point twp about serving on their Facebook page and they blocked me and deleted my posts. Not happy!
 
I was told that Helite has taken over Point Two - not entirely sure on how true this is and I can't seem to find out. Need to send my jacket to be serviced at some point and want to get the colour changed but need to find who to send it to!!

Will be interested to know if anyone has any clue!
 
Apparently Helite is the place to go to, if ypur jacket contains a helite system, or so says their website and an advert in this weeks horse and hound.
