Helite e turtle airvest

Hi

Does anyone own a Helite e turtle jacket trying to find out if they can be used for horse riding. They are the next generation air jackets that have sensors in that means you no longer have to attach the jacket to your saddle. At present they can be used on bikes. Looks like a great idea and means you can also use them for riding motor or cycle bikes.

The risk would be that there are many riding incidents which wouldn't/don't result in a fall which would trigger this jacket. Great idea for bikes though!

How interesting. Can’t quite work out hire it actually works but glad to see they’re evolving.
I’ll be impressed when they can devise one without the gas canisters !!

They have been testing them at DHs work. He thinks they wouldnt suit for me as likely to go off if I bend under a tree, or any other swift movement.
