Hello! Help needed x

Hi! I'm kind of new to this horse thing, been around them a while but just recently acquired one sort of by accident (long story) so I shall be advice hunting all over the place, go easy on me lol, my heart is in the right place xx

Welcome, there are some very knowledgeable people on here (and some not quite so). I'm sure you'll soon work out who to trust but the best piece of advice I can give is find yourself someone who can support you in the early years, horse owning is a bit of a minefield but hugely rewarding and even though I've owned now for 20 years I still ask for advice, have regular training and am very well aware that I still have lots to learn. Hey, I need a little bit of help because my horse has a swollen eye, but there is no redness or discharge. What should I do?

I am very cautious with eyes, tbh I'd get the vet to have a look.
