I have only owned Sophie and Shane for 2 weeks,i bought them off a Chap who does a bit of dealing.Sophie is 6 and her Baby Shane is 5 months.When i bought them neither had a name which i thought was rather sad.I was told they hadn't had much handling which i know is true,because Sophie is quite nervous and unsure,but she is coming round,i couldn't get near her when she came but she is coming to me when i call her now.We gather she has never had a rug on because when we attempted to rug her she was petrified bless her,so i am introducing it to her slowly each day.Sophie is quite a sweet Mare and i think once i have gained her trust she will be a nice,loving Pony.I am taking things slowly with them to build up a bond,i know it is going to take time and a lot of patience but i am prepared for that,i just think they need a chance and i am willing to give them that chance and i am sure we will get there in the end

Thank you all for your warm welcome.Thank you Partypremier,the Mare is about 13.3/14hh,i will have to get a stick on her.From what the Dealer told me,Shanes Sire was a White Stallion,that is all he knew.Sophie i am told has Welsh Sec C in her,i think she is a Heinz 57 tbh lol
