Hello any advice on how I can navigate re siting my existing stables brick/block cladded.
I want to resite into field away from house and neighbours boundary also Ash trees are dangerous overhanging breaking off .

Cheshire west
Near tarvin
I’d get in contact with CW&C planning and discuss what you want to do. Get a tree surgeon report on the condition of the ash trees first - IME planners can be funny about trees, trying to preserve them at all cost.

Hopefully being more of a relocation of existing facilities they will be accommodating, but sometimes they seem to put their feet down for reasons which are hard to fathom.

Prob best to stay away from cwac at moment they cannot run a bath ,just looking for any advice from anyone who has done this also trees don't belong to me but have recently had two past to cut and maintain but owner will not do it .
They cannot maintain what they bought no money as it happens.

its also worth noting, that by moving your stables away from your house and out of the curtilage you could be then drawn into the stable tax debate. Which to be fair would most likely be zero rated, but you would be on the radar if you get my drift.
