Ooh eventing definitely exciting, and so is dressage!!
Erm I have my main competition horse called Wookie or Contrband II I got his september just gone and started my first proper season eventing with him this march, we did a few intros to aquaint ourselves and now going pn! I also jump him BSJA at the moment at discovery. He has some dr point, I'd like to do some more dressage comps though.
And the other is my sisters big german bay, Luigi who has just started eveting with her, and some little childhood poines, Molly, Marmite and Bruno, who do nothing but hack, and enjoy themselves!!
How old is yours, breed etc?! Looks as though you have a fair few!
Lol, no - only the one!
The grey in my siggie i loaned - he was an ex-police horse -Islington- , ISH, 6yr old but daft as houses and a wee bit big and well built for me (16.2 chunk!) as i'm a thoroughbred and warmblood girl!
The bay with a long mane -fleur-, she was my old girl, now in a hacking home as she has arthritis and is 20+. Unknown breeding, 16hh, just did some low level jumping with her, but she was my horse of a lifetime
My horse now, the shortmane bay, is a TBX by Jumbo, complete buddle of trouble, she's 5 and my lifetime project, she's a tiny 15.2 and i hope to have many years with her
Gosh, ive rambled! Yours sound stunning and im off too look at your BE record now
Noo don't look at the record!! It looks bad as I had a very unwilling horse before I got the Contraband one, but hey we are learning, im looking to imrpove and do better at our next events, we have quite a few lined up!
I like ISH, mine is one, and I really like that stamp he isn't chunky at all.
Your horse by Jumbo sounds nice a friend of mine rides/used to ride many of Jumbos offspring, he now owns a few too as well as rides them for owners.
it won't be until the end of the season, and i'll probably be stuck at intro for a while,
hang on, i'll just look at the event calender, there was one i had picked out
i love ISH's, lovely temprements but he just wasn't the one for me!
x
Oh Munstead, I have been there twice, the first time on my old unwilling horse we got eliminated in the intro at a fence we share with the pn.
The second with my new one march just gone and he went clear and we came 13th. Its a nice course apart from the scary steep hill they position one of the fences near!
