Beware... My Plants...
Hi everyone,
Just a little introduction. I've been lurking a while and finally got round to registering.
I'm a riding school rider who probably will never own a horse, although I am considering the possibility of sharing at some point. I rode weekly from the age of 11 to 18 and was a weekend helper, but stopped due to the cost and other commitments. I started again a few years back, just going once a month or so. Then COVID hit!
During COVID I decided that riding was the one thing I do that makes the most difference to my mental health. I just forget about all the stresses of life when I'm on a horse. Once lockdown was over I started riding weekly again and adding in extra lessons when I get days off.
I would class myself as an intermediate riding school rider, which probably still makes me a novice in reality!
I'm not sure how much I can contribute to the forum but I've been enjoying the posts and realising how much I have to relearn about horses. Some things have changed a lot since I was younger!
