Hello! Have been reading these forums for ages, but we have just found a pony for my daughter so I thought I might be coming here for advice more than usual! Have ridden all my life but haven't owned a horse since my lovely mare was sold when I went to university (nearly fifteen years ago now). Am very tempted to find another horse at some point in the near future, but will see how we get on with my daughter's pony for a bit first...

Welcome, that’s what happened to me! Dd1 got a loan pony, I walked miles, then started borrowing a friends to ride and then ended up with my very own grumpy coblet! Childhood dream at 45.
