I ordered a saddle mate from http://coldraequestrian.co.uk/ a few weeks ago. The delivery time is supposed to be 7 days or 14 days if they have to source the item from a supplier. I have been waiting three weeks now. I realise that that isn't that long over due, but there are no contact numbers on the website and they now say (on the website) that they are not taking any orders. Trawling through the web, I found a couple of contact numbers for Coldra Equestrian. Two of the land line numbers that I found were now out of use and the mobile number was an answerphone only. I left a message on the answerphone and have emailed them several times asking for a progress update. My final email asked for my money back if they did not have them item. I have still heard nothing. What can I do now?

Luckily it was only £30 that I spent, but I am still annoyed and want my hard earned dosh back. The item I wanted doesn't seem to be available elsewhere in the right colour, so it doesn't look like I will get one now at all!

Any items how I can get hold of these people and / or get my money back?

Thanks

Is there an address on the website? If so I would write to them stating you wish a refund. Make it a recorded delivery letter too.

Thanks spaniel and furryears.

I've just thought, I paid using Paypal, so I think that I can get my money back somehow... will go any have a look.

Thanks for that.

Phone the Trading Standards people for the region that your saddlery was based in...there are laws that you have the right to cancel your contract with them up to 14 days after you receive an item....and certainly before it arrives. The trading standards people will tell you what to write in your letter, and log the company in case of further problems.
Good luck
