Help Anyone know a professional who deals with equine planning Hampshire

Can anyone recommend a person who deals with problems with agricultural/equine planning who covers Hampshire (UK) area.
We have a clause on a planning for a barn given and built some 18 years ago that needs clarifying and/or adapting .
Don't want to say too much on an open forum.
Anyone know/used anyone in the Hampshire area who is switched on to this sort of stuff.

We used a chap from a firm called Phillips (I think, sorry was about 5 years ago) and they were in Northamptonshire or Bedfordshire but did travel as far as Berkshire. I think they advertised in the back of Smallholder magazine. Maybe have a look in there?

Try Clifford Dann in Lewes. They have a professional equine planner I used who is excellent and would work Hampshire but it's a good few years ago and I can't recall his name.

I am in Hampshire and used Southern Planning Practice. They weren't cheap but were excellent.
