Help!are the roads shut between north devon and plymouth?

My friends are stuck in North Devon does anyone know if the A30 near launceston/ callington is open?as think that route is goinf to be more passable than a38.

The A30 is open between Launceston and Okehampton but I think it may be shut further up past Okehampton.
