Help assessing BE record please!

I was wondering if someone could help me assess a BE record on a potential horse as I have never competed BE.

I understand the scores etc but have trouble interpreting it as I have no baseline for comparison...

I am not sure if it would be bad form to post the link on here so perhaps anyone who could help can PM me.
