HELP!! AVATAR???

hey, how do i get my avatar to fit, everytime i put a picture on it comes out either stretched or squashed, how do i change it??

You need to use a resizer that reduces the size in ratio. I use

I think you need to refresh your screen by pressing F5??

nope tryed that, i click " no avatar" then browse for a new one then click submitt and the picture still says the same... ohh so confused

You need to click upload avatar , then browse for your picture then make sure you click change

ahhh!! i see what ive been doing wrong, ive been clicking submitt instead of change.... ill see if that works

nope its not working... i click change and it comes up with some other pictures (not mine)... i must be doing something wrong
