HELP! BE password

I am trying to go through and say I have fogotten my password - so it says type in your username so I am - my 5 digit membership number I always use to book into events and nothing is happening! It says Username not recognised!

And I cant register if that is what I need to do as You need your password for that!!

Call BE and they will give you your password there and then over the phone providing you have your membership number.

you need to go to the BE homepage and in the bottom left hand corner you will see a login section, go to the register section, enter your old details and it will then set you up with your own choice of membership number and password.
