Having trouble choosing a dressage girth for pony with so many choices. What's the most comfortable, softest, flexible girth/girth material you found? Leather, gel, neoprene, waffle, string or any others?? Also pros and cons. And do you use anatomical or straight girth? Help please! Thank you! :)

I ride endurance and have found the best and most comfortable girth to be the Wintec elastic dressage girth. And dare to say that they really do do not cause chaffing! Used them on a welsh pony who had issues with chaffing girths with no problem. I use them on my horses and the international endurance horse and rider for whom I crew also uses one for 160km rides.
Not expensive and easy to clean!

My girl is easily rubbed and I have used two girths successfully. The stubben cord girth and a professionals choice ventech.

Had Wintec, had neoprene, had Stubben cord, also had sheepskin lined, fleece tubes, sheepskin tubes...... spent a fortune and the only one that does not rub Jay is a Fairfax.

Thank you all. And do you use straight or curved/anatomical? And I liked the Fairfax but she's 16" and smallest is 22"
