HELP!! Box walking

Hello lovely people, I once more require advice! The mad TB has been confined to his stable for 5 days untill his sorly leg gets better All fine yes? No...

He HATES it! And has a developed a nasty habit of box walking. It creates a massive mess in his bed and so I have to spend ages mucking out but I'm mostly worried about him causing himself another injury if he keeps it up! Only 3 days left but I need your help!

How can I lessen the walking?!

pet goat/ sheep. He will either kick it or stop walking round it!!!

Speak to your vet they can have sedation if necessary.

2 mls of sedalin first thing!!!! or tie him up if supervision is available on yard, or turn out onto very small restricted area!

Can you get a stable mirror. If not is there another horse/pony or a few others that could stay in with him on a shift basis?

Texted my vet, apparently I'm worrying over nothing *rolls eyes*
He doesn't want to sedate him again if possible though
Small turnout sounds like a good idea, I'll ask the YM tomorrow
