When my horses wont be caught I turn my back on them or crouch down and they just can't bear to miss out on whatever it is I am hiding (you have to be careful in a herd field with this though as you might get engulfed)
I also find with horses that are bad to catch, if I walk past them to begin with then turn directly back and approach them head on it works wonders.
I have to admit I once spent 2 hours in a field with a horse trying to catch it and I did eventually.
Try turning your pony out in a small fenced field so you can catch her more easily without her running round like a mad thing then after half an hour go up to her and catch her (don't stop until caught) then give her a pat and a cuddle and let her go again. Adopt a closed and less aggressive stance too, head down, and shoulders hunched as this is far less confrontational.
Do the same again but take her out of the field, walk her around a bit then turn her back out again. Try and make her think that there is no big deal to being caught.
Unfortunately, there is no quick fix to horses that are bad to be caught. just a lot of time and a huge, huge , huge amount of perseverance!
Join up is meant to be very good but I don't know enough about it, there will be loads of people on her who do though.

Yes try the Silver Breeze way especially if you can tape off a smaller bit of the paddock.

This is the Monty Roberts way, try chasing her with a long line first - a few circuits until head comes down, she cocks ear to you and starts chewing, then turn your back. Your pony should come to your shoulder - if not chase a bit more.

I always used to use this method when my pony refused to come in, and it always used to work well!

good luck
