Help needed. We've mislaid the letter with the classes on it. What are the test for Prelim Open, Novice Open and Elementary. Thanks

I know someone going who is doing Prelim 13 and Novice 26, but I don't know if that's for Open or Restricted... sorry. I hope you manage to find out! Is there a phone number anywhere for an organiser you can ring? Maybe in a magazine or on the website?
