Help! Confused re. Badminton tickets

We're planning on going to Badminton for the whole weekend this year. Do we need season tickets then? Is that what they're for?! I'm a bit confused as the website is rubbish and doesn't explain what you get in each ticket category

The tickets you buy are for admission only - you will have to get vehicle passes for each individual day you intend to go and grandstand tickets if you intend to watch the SJ on Sunday.

If you want to go on Thursday as well, it may work out cheaper buying a season ticket as they cover you for the four days (admission only) instead of individual day tickets.

Hope that helps - if you want grandstand tickets, I would advise you purchase them early as they often get sold out.

Are the prices quoted on the individual days excluding car passes as well? God they don't half screw some money out you don't they?!
 
Correct - the car passes are purchased seperately - you can get a season ticket car pass that covers you for the 4 days though.

You will definately get your moneys worth - I treat it as a bit of a holiday each year and thoroughly recommend it.

Start saving now for all that shopping!!!

I tried........... but wasnt sure how long the lorry was and they need that before I can book

If you are taking the lorry you'll need the 4 day camping pass. It includes 2 tickets for the whole event, but does not include grandstand tickets for the SJ or dressage, but dressage does have unreserved seating.

You won't need any car passes, the camping site is 2 minutes walk from Badminton Park!

We did it the last 2 years, had a great time, not doing it this year though - might do Burghley instead.
 
I'm going to Badminton for 3 days, can't wait! have managed to find a hotel not too far away. Was a bit confused myself about the tickets, particularly car passes, as that will really whack the cost up :-0
