HELP! Dog's guts making the most awful noises!

Mojo started eating normally yesterday after 2 days off his feed, and is back to his usual self.
But since lunchtime his stomach has been making the most awful noises! He pooed normally this morning and a bit runny this afternoon, but he's really bright and hyper so I don't understand it

He does look tucked up this afternoon and the gurgling noises are really loud, and continuous to the point that it's really annoying to listen to
Is it just because he didn't eat over the weekend?
I have never heard anything like it before, just can't believe how noisy they are!
Advice??? He really doesn't look like I should be rushing him to the vets or anything, but not too sure what to do. Yogurt perhaps??

Bumble Dog's do the same, we give her a couple of biscuits and it calms down!

OMG! LMAO, it's worked already! He's had bakers down all morning and not touched it. Just fed him a digestive and noises have stopped. Now I feel like a complete noodle

I was going to reply to your opening post, but reading down I see you have solved it.

My 2 yr old GSD had a very noisy gut for a while, comnbined with runny poos and then latterly blood in his poo. We took him to the vet and he is now on a wheat/dairy free diet and is back to normal. Vet likened it to Crohn's disease.
