Can I ruddy find any under £100 with laces, not a zip? Can I heck!

I have the Tuffa lace ups in pink, but I don't think they do them anymore. I've seen the Ariat Tellurides, but they're more like boots than trainers.

Someone please help! Even my beloved eBay doesn't seem to have them!

I think mountain horse do some for under £70, (try robinsons). Otherwise use trainers with caged stirrups. I buy a good pair just for riding & wear a cheap pair around the yard. Bit of hassle to change each time to ride, but makes the expensive ones last longer.

I've gone for stirrup cages and normal trainers. My current favourites are a pair of Nike walking trainers - they're more robust and a bit more waterproof than normal trainers but still have all the shock absorbing gubbins in the soles so are good to run in. A half way house between walking boots and running trainers.

Brilliant idea from lots of you!

I have Mountain Horse Easy Rider Pro, £65 from Rideaway (but I got mine 2nd hand for £5 :) )

Nice boots! And hello nirikina! Long time, no speak.

I found a pair of Ariat Terrain boots quite cheap on eBay and OH had a 10% discount code, bonus!
