HELP! Foal has navel ill and joint ill

i would not overfeed the foal, its the cause of too many developmental problems give him time to grow naturally, and good grazing, i don't think the illness will make any difference to his size at all.
 
No, our vet said treat him as normal and wait and see how he was as an adult in work.
I wouldn't overfeed to compensate as you are far more likely to cause growth plate trouble doing that.
I would treat him as normal ensuring his feed has vitamins/oil included other than that he should be perfectly ok living mostly on hay.
I can't really see why you would inject him if he appears fine, bit overkill to me!
