Help from a Preloved member please?

I am currently on the hunt for a small dog as a pet and I have found this advert

My only problem is that I am not a Preloved member anymore so can't get to the phone number!! Can anyone help me and PM the phone number to me?? I would renew my membership but haven't got my card with me at the moment
