Hi guys, please provide your view on the following composition of horse feed, your help would be very much appreciated.

INGREDIENTS:
BARLEY, CORN, SOYA MEAL, CAROB, CORN GERM, MOLASSES, HORSES PELLET
(BARLEY, ALFALFA, WHEAT BRAN, CORN, SOYA MEAL, SUNFLOWER, CAROB, SUGAR BEET PULP, VINASSES, VITAMINS, MINERALS, CARBON CALCIUM, SODIUM CHLORIDE, MONOCALCIUM CHLORIDE.)

ADDITIVES:
VITAMINS: Α 10300 IU/ Kg, D1400 IU/Kg, Ε 23 mg/Kg

I'm not a nutritionist but I'd guess that feed would be very high in sugar and starch looking at the ingredients. Not the ideal choice for the majority of horses!
