Nobody wants to sell their land around here! I've been trying hahaha :D


And I'm currently stabled at a yard I'm happy with (about 20mins away from me) it's just Sidcup/Bexley is nearer, but I'm not going to move unless I find somewhere I'm happy with :)
 
Ruling out Shannon Leigh! I cannot believe what I've just heard!!

£134 per week standard full livery, which is expensive as it is as doesn't have the best facilities, BUT 50p to put on additional rugs and 50p to take them off.

So for winter, when it's freeeeezing, my horse has 3 rugs for in the stable and 3 for the field plus boots so would end up at £155 per week! (not 3 hw's by the way haha!)

The most I've ever paid was £140 a week and that was for AMAZING facilities, tack cleaning and a full groom every day!
 
Lol I ruled them out too based on price - I seem to remember seeing in the contract on the website, use of floodlights is £1 per 20mins!! Am sending you a PM with some suggestions having just spent the last few months looking in the area.

I said to her on the phone that her prices weren't very competitive and she just dismissed it and ended the call (not as in hung up- just said her goodbyes etc)

Extra charges if I wanted an extra haynet- so for shows or whatever... ridiculous!
 
Kemnals ok, ive been there a year and must say its a lot better now then it was and getting better by the day! I ride in the evenings and theres usually 2 or 3 of us about then on average!

Its impossible to find yards in this area- Ive been to some TERRIBLE yards in the 15years ive kept mine round here!!! x
