HELP ... gateway bully!!

I would take the easiest route, give the old chap a bucket with a handful of feed in away from the gate and bring the youngster in first. I usually have several hungry neds milling about and always distract the bigger/bullies first. It keeps me safe too!

Well, as soon as i saw the post, i thought of that lovely old grump! and behold it is about him! haha. Vanner (ill avoid using your real name) on many occasion when dealing with the old begger he needed to be tied up out the way. As we both know how keen he is with both ends!
give bandit a good bum scratch for me wont you ;)

Indeed I will! B needs no excuse for a bum scratch .. and Bico is still a grumpy old git causing mayhem wherever he goes, and you know exactly what I am on about. PM'd you, my friend.

and to all the others .. no I didn't/don't have "a strop on" but I do take offence when my experience is ridiculed ... "as you speak Equus sit the old one down" I ask you, how utterly childish.

I wanted to have some useful tips and ideas from others - and thanks to those that PM'd me, you know who you are, and the advice is marvellous.
