Help getting stains out of white breeches please!

Hi, has anyone got any miracles that get mud out of white breeches? Have used some vanish spray and put them in a hot wash but are still spotty!

i will keep an eye on this post, i managed to get some ketchup on mine while eating a burger at eland lodge

so it is now a (very faint - but still annoying) pink stain... haha

there are just some 'grimy' looking bits too...could do with a good clean

Napisan - normally used for baby clothing and bedding, and hence very good at getting out brown stains

I normally just soak them for about half an hour in a basin of hot water then scrub out the stains with a brush and vanish.

Soak them for a week in vanish oxi-action!

Ecover laundry bleach is very good on vegetable based stains - grass, tomato sauce, red wine etc.

I soak in Vanish, scrub them with Vanish then wash in washing machine with Vanish!
