Seeing as its getting colder and colder.... :(
I'm looking for help!

I need a good decent pair of gloves which keep my hands warm but aren't so thick that I can't actually do my jobs...I find very thick riding gloves are great to keep my hands warm and my fingers unfrozen but I have trouble getting through my jobs - any ideas?

Or is the best idea just to have 2 pairs of gloves?
Thanks in advance!

Sealskin gloves? maybe not the warmest, but waterproof, which helps to keep your fingers warm. They do a knitted type one with pimples, which is thin enough to do chores. I also use silk glove liners in coldest weather.

I have some leather Mark Todd gloves at the moment. They are very warm and once they are worn in it is easy to tie haynets / faff about with fastening rugs. I take them off to tack up though!

I have gone through every type of glove going, and was handicapped withthem all, found a pair in penneys, aka primark, for 2 euro, that are fingerless, but have a buttoned pouch that swings over and you put your fingers into when needed, they're great, and still intact, heading into 2nd winter. should have bought 10 pairs!1
