Help!! Grumpy pony!

Hi, i really need some help with my part lease pony!
she used to be out in a big yard with lots of other horses but she got picked on and now is in a stable of her own. She's been happier since she was moved
but she's now being grumpier then ever! i can't even go in and pet her with out her trying to bite me unless i have food!! and my instuctor hase to put the bridle on now cause she won't let me! she throughs her head up and tries to pull away!! i've all ways been gentle with her but she's just been so naughty!!
it can't be a scardness issue cause i have done it a few times before! and when i go to put the saddle on, she tries to kick me!!!! And when i mount up!
Im not the only one who rides her and others are having the same problem.
she's making riding not much fun any more and i need help!!!

I think the first thing you need to rule put whether there's a physical reason why she's being grumpy, get her saddle checked, as well as her teeth and back

as she's been moved does she have any contact with any other horses, she could be missing a little company?

thanks for the suggestions, but the thing is, if any one brings their horse close to her she'll buck, kick and bite them,
and her saddle has been fitted for her but i'll check it any way thanks x
