Why can"t l find a decent horse l have been looking for months and still have not found anything. Yesterday l went and saw a lovely 15.3 mare she was really pretty but she really shook her head when ridden l think there was somthing underlying with her so please anyone out there in the somerset area who may have a sane and sensible 14.2 to 16hh hidding some where please pm me l only want it for hacking the odd schooling lesson and funrides. Thanks.

I agree, always something. I am the same, looking for 15.3 to 16.2, bit more riding club type, but always a query over something, of late all back related issues! :-(. I wish you luck x
 
Hope you find somthing l have looked at a few and there has been somthing wrong with them one way or an other there is loads out there but there is a lot of rubbish.
 
I am collecting my friends horse tomorrow to bring it here to sell. he is a 16hh TB, 8 years old, sane, calm and kind. He was her dream horse, but unfortunately her financial situation means she has to sell him. he hasn't been ridden for 12 months so I am going to bring him back into work and school him then sell him. But I know he is an easy ride and a lovely friendly horse to have around. She is a nervous rider and hacked him out confidently. He has over wintered out and when I put a saddle on his back last month he just accepted it no problem. He has showjumped - not sure about XC or dressage but I will be finding out in the next few days.
 
Can't help I'm afraid I am in the same situation as you! Been looking for a decent horse in Somerset for months :( It's very hard isn't it!
