what you have to do is tie her to a tree using a big thick rope so she can't escape, every time she moves away hit her with a stick, then when she goes near the tree give her a polo, she'll soon get the idea.

Get her to live in a tree house, and do some tree hugging, read wind in the willows.

Give her loads of horse chesnuts that should break down the barrier by finding common ground !
