Help! How do I add photos to a post?

Probably being thick, but can't add photos to this! Trying to trace previous history on new (Lame) horse!! Notice lots of you have photos on you signatures? Sorry technology is not my strong point!!

Please help me! Am hoping somebody on here might know her!!
