Help- How Do I Change The Owners Name (BE)

Wonder if any of you could enlighten me,

My friend has 'accidentally' put her name as the owner instead of my grandma. We really need to get it sorted, just didn't know how to go about it. So we need to change the name of the owner but have no idea how

Surely Grandma would need to be registered BE if she was put as the owner?

She is now registered but still not sure how to go about it, do we just put her as the owner when we do the horse's season ticket or will it be best to phone BE?
