Help! How do I stop worrying?

Hi folks
I need some help as to how to stop worrying about my horses (and life!). When the horses are ill, I am convinced they are dying and it's all my fault. When they are well, I am convinced that they are about to become ill....you get the picture!

Is this horse owning paranoia?

Can it be cured.....if so how?!?

i think its common with a lot of horse owners! i am similar. but my horse has more than given me reason to, 12 months a go she damaged a tendon in her near hind which took forever to get right and i am very over protective of her now, however this summer i am determined to put hat behind us and go out and have fun with her! trying to think positivley helps!

I don't know if there is a cure but we suffer from it as well!!

If you do find a cure can you let me know LOL!!

Perhaps I'm just unlucky....but my horses seem to be like lemmings....it's a constant battle to stop them killing themselves in novel ways

I think if I tethered them on a roundabout somewhere they'd probably be better off (so if you spot some unlikely looking gypsy ponies....!)

I'm still looking for cures though....come on help me out!
