Help... how do you make picture signature

Hi everyone,

I am new on here and am trying to set up a picture signature to go at the bottom of my posts. I have tried a few different websites, but can't get the link to work
I would really like to make one and any website suggestions, tips etc would be very much appreciated.
I work with computers everyday, but this one has thrown me.

I did mine on paint! I know not very good but its not a bad signature, I have photoshop aswell but I am awful at this but then I upload the pic to photobucket and insert the link for my siggy
