Has anyone seen this? I don't know the folk involved and there are always two sides to every story, but it looks an awful lot like the SSPCA have seized this horse on quite dodgy grounds. If it is wrong they have shot themselves in the foot, the folk involved are going to the newspapers etc this could generate a fair amount of bad publicity for them.

It doesn't seem that they know why the horse was seized - so who can say.

I would guess a good starting place would be to ask them.
 
Someone on my facebook posted this saying they used to own him. I had a look but couldn't really figure out what had happened... from any dealings I've had with them it seems very unlikely they'd take a horse on no grounds at all??

This is what I found odd, but the horse genuinely seems ok in the video posted, nothing at all that would concern me anyway, though I'm not a vet right enough.
